AIB THIRD PARTY AUDITS

The American Institute of Baking (AIB) inspects Bridgewell facilities to verify the company’s commitment to responsible food handling and distribution. The annual review evaluates its operational methods and personnel practices; maintenance for food safety; cleaning practices; integrated pest management; and the adequacy of its prerequisite and food safety programs. A good score from the AIB indicates a food handler that embraces the industry’s best practices, standing among the leaders in its field as an advocate for protecting the integrity of the products it sells. Bridgewell is proud to have been rewarded a “Recognition of High Achievement” from the AIB. For our company, no priority is higher than the safety of the food we grow, sell, and distribute.
